Shoe Me outlet currently ships to Australia and New Zealand from Sydney, Australia. Our rates are as follows:

$9.95 flat rate Australia-wide for eParcel standard post (tracking + signature)

$19.95 flat rate Australia-wide for eParcel express post (tracking + signature)

$20 flat rate New Zealand delivery with International Air mail.

Shoe Me Outlet Returns Policy

As this is our Outlet store, sales are final and we do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind or poor fit. However you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund if a product you buy doesn’t meet the consumer guarantees.

We have the right to assess the product before we provide a solution

You are not entitled to a repair, replacement or refund under the consumer guarantees if:

• you got what you asked for but simply changed your mind, found the product cheaper somewhere else, or decided you didn't like the purchase or had no use for it. 
• the problem with the product was caused by you misusing it
• you knew of or were made aware of the problem with the product before you bought it (but you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund for a different problem with the product that wasn’t made clear to you before you bought it)
